Startup Konost is currently shopping a new camera around to investors that it claims is the "world's first true digital rangefinder." Traditional rangefinder cameras were fitted with mirrors and prisms that formed a focusing mechanism, allowing the photographer to measure the subject distance and take photographs that were in very sharp focus.
